iOS Question NSUserTrackingUsageDescription and Apple Store

Hi All, I call NSUserTrackingUsageDescription as suggested in this thread for AdMob.

Admob - prepare for ios14 warning email?

today i got an email from google that i need to prepare my apps for ios14. actually i am running ios14 beta5 and my apps run fine so what do we need to do now? https://developers.google.com/admob/ios/ios14

The App works and is loaded on the Apple Store without problems, but when I send it in verification it gives the following message

Unable to submit for verification
The following items are required to begin the verification process:
Your app contains NSUserTrackingUsageDescription, which means you need to request permission to track users. To submit for verification, update your app Privacy response to indicate that the data collected by this app will be used for monitoring purposes, or update your app's binary code and upload a new build.

I tried to change the App Privacy responses as well (indicating IDFA use for third party advertising), but without any success

Any suggestion ?
