I Need to Convert number 1709165749 into 170,91,65,749.00 in B4A. is this possible?

The code in #13 is not giving the enough result. It is not working for decimal numbers like(170,29,78.918.93).

(170,29,78.918.93) is invalid number as it has two commas and two decimals.
