Android Question Overlapped a Panel on Action Bar / Toolbar

Hi! Is it possible to overlap a panel on an actionbar/toolbar? Thanks!

Not sure what exactly are you trying to do, however with AppCompat you can add the ToolBar inside your layout.

I'm using AppCompat and added a ToolBar. I've added a panel that is visible when I clicked a button, this panel sizes 100%x and 100%y and wanted to bring it in front of my ToolBar like as in the attached image

Set the panel elevation to 10 (in the designer):

Or better, use B4XDialog.
