B4J Question own VST plugin for Audio software (FL and others)

Dear friends,

please, exists some solutions or some way with using B4J for create VST instruments for Audio software?
What is VST

I want to do my own VST - bridge between recorded chords or tones and for example fruity loops studio. In this studio or other audio software when I use MIDI,
it will play recorded tone or chord.

It is possible to create solution like this with B4J?
