i m curious i m use
C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platforms\android-18\android.jar
android - 18 to my all apps android 4.3

my app go run on old devices ?

if I use the api 19
my app go run on androids 2.3 for example?

Yes. They are all backwards compatible.

hmm and what the diferense of user 15 16 17 18 19 on path configs?

They will contain the new API that google introduces in each version.
For e.g. AndroidL new API will only be available in android-21\android.jar but it will also contain the old API to work on older versions. But if you use the new API it will not work on older versions.

the best way for me now is use 18 ? or + ?
i want my app run on old devices and new too

The latest stable. Probably 19 is better than 18.
