Android Question Phone app with voice control

I am trying to help a friend with MS, she can talk but has problems pressing a button. She needs to make, take and end calls with her voice only.

Especially the ending of calls by voice seems to be hard to solve.

Has anybody any ideas?

The most difficult is how to start your app.
For making taking and ending calls with her voice . you may convert voice to keywords text which make, take and end calls using Speech-to-text service
