Android Question Phone pc connection

Hi, years ago I created a B4A app to view data from an access mdb file. It has always worked with all Android phones, with versions from 5 to 13.
Now I bought a Samsung S23 with android 14 and I couldn't install the old APK (see screenshot 1,2,3).
I then decided to install the B4A compiler again on my new PC and new S23 phone.
After the installation I cannot connect the PC to the phone because the PC enters an infinite loop of: [connection attempt] - [connected].
I made many attempts with different PCs, phones and wi-fi networks.
What can I do?
Thanks for your help.

Try to enable developer options on your phone, and then connect the phone to your pc via USB

Hi, I had already enabled developer options. I didn't specify that all my PCs use Windows 11. Is it possible that this is the problem?

Sorry, I'm a bit confused here.
Your problem is to connect your phone with USB-Bridge?
What's the Agenda App? The first screenshot I thing is saying your app (Agenda) is not secure, but you can install it anyway pressing (Altri dettagle) and the somthing like: "install anyway". But, how is related the screenshots with your problem?

Please, read all the differences with the new updates in different Android versions
