Android Question Plain text lines to spinner items

Hi all,
I have a list of names, each one in its own line. e.g.

San Jose
Burkina Faso
John Johns
And So On
These names are saved in a file called names.txt

I want to carry these lines to a spinner as items without retyping them.
Any specific help in code appreciated.
