iOS Question Private Sign Key

First of all, i am totally new to B4i (yesterday purchased license), second, I am not a professional APP developer. I am hobbyist.

I was following video tutorial for B4i Certificate and Provision Profile. When i clicked Create New, a new messaged popped up as attached.
I need suggestion on the same. And moreover why it is needed?
