Android Question Problem Running WiFi-Direct Example

I am trying to run the wifi-direct example on a tablet and a Samsung Galaxy Y phone. The example was installed on the phone using B4A-Bridge wireless and seems to have installed correctly as it does run. However after a few seconds of running it comes up with a message saying "The application Wifi-Direct Example (process b4a.example) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

Any suggestions as to where to look to solve this issue?

You should check the logs. There must be an error message there.

Do these device run Android 4.1?

I completely forgot about wifi-direct needing Android 4.1 upwards. Checked the phone and sure enough it runs an older version so no point in using this for my application. Thanks.

As a side point how do I check the logs on a phone?

You can see the logs in the IDE (in the Logs tab).
