B4J Question Problem with ListView and Windows Shrink icon

I have a ListView and need a header line, which goes with the side scroll with.
The top ListView does not scroll, is not very nice with the scroll bar.

The second problem is the icons on the Windows window.



an these symbols be prevented, in whole or in part?
