iOS Question Problems publishing an app on Apple store

Hello, I would like to sell my app through an annual subscription with automatic renewal,
I would like to make it so that the user can try it for a week and if satisfied, subscribe.
to set everything up on the apple store I followed these instructions,
1. Set up your annual subscription:
Sign in to App Store Connect.
Click on "Apps", then select the app you are updating or creating.
Click on "Apps", then select "Subscriptions".
Click on "Add" and select "Subscription".
Choose the type of subscription: "Yearly" or "Monthly".
Set the price of the annual subscription.
Select "Yearly subscription" and enter the price.
Click on "Save".
• 2. Add the trial week:
Still in "Subscriptions", select the annual subscription.
Click on "View all subscription prices".
Click on "Add introductory offer".
Choose "Trial period".
Set the length of the trial period (7 days).
Click on "Save".
• 3. Test your subscription:
Download and install the app on an iOS device.
Open the app and view your subscription options.
Verify that the 7-day free trial offer is visible and working.
Verify that the annual subscription is available and the price is correct.


During the purchase test I see the price set correctly for the annual subscription
but I do not see the trial week. maybe these instructions are not correct or maybe they are not complete
I have been trying to have it serviced for about three months without success, I am desperate,
after two or three attempts I have managed to eliminate the errors that they found
but I don't know how to resolve this.

We are unable to complete the review of the app because one or more of the in-app purchase products have not been submitted for review.
Specifically, the app includes references to a subscription but the associated in-app purchase products have not been submitted for review


I replied that I want to sell the app itself, not another one, they told me to contact support,
Apple Support, after five days I was contacted not from Italy as I hoped but from the USA by a girl who barely
spoke Italian, she was unable to help me because she was not a technician, and she sent me a series of links
that I already knew but from which I was unable to set everything up. Surely someone in the forum will be
able to help me, explaining the steps I need to take to correctly set up the subscription with the trial week.
