Android Question Problems with designs between devices

Good morning, afternoon or Evening.

I developed an application for some time on device "Sony Tablet S" which runs on Android 4.0.3 (release5a), after some time we decided to change the disposito and started running the application on a tablet "Samsumg Galaxy Tab 3" which runs on Android (4.1.2).

was made a design for the application when running in a tablet "Sony Tablet S", but when running in the tablet "Galaxy Tab" the design look very very bad.

Here are some examples of them, I hope you can Help, Many Thanks.

Note: I need than the design of the left (Galaxy Tab) , is equal to the right (Sony Tablet S)

Galaxy Tabs have their own theme, if that's what you're referring to, actually, most manufacturers have their own.

Emphatically that's what I want to know, how to install the theme of "Sony Tablet S" in the "Galaxy Tab".

You can't, unless you design your own.

Only the Holo Light/Dark themes are guaranteed to be on all devices > 4
