4. More easier to generate CRUD REST API

Beta is now released.
It took me 1 day to rewrite from version 2.08

Web API Server templates can work as it-is. Just start a new project from the template and run using all the default settings.
Once you have successfully run it, you can start asking advanced questions.

With the current rewrite of project shao, it helped improve the new Web API Server.
