B4J Question Projects on the windows task bar

Out of curiosity, how do projects get added to the windows task bar for the IDE? It seems to be random if a project I have opened appears on there or not.

If you open the project from within the IDE it will NOT be added to that list; it will be if you double click on the project file.

That would explain it, I rarely find projects through the file manager.
