Is there a guide describing the steps to take in order to publish an app at Google Play store ?

There is really nothing special that needs to be done from B4A side, except of using your private sign key and compiling in release mode.

The APK will be created in the Objects folder and you can upload it to Google Play.

Do the private sign key needs to be generated through Android Studio ?

Of course not. You don't need to install Android Studio.
