iOS Question Purchased Products not Received

I apologize, as this is probably not the appropriate channel, but after sending several emails that went unanswered, I no longer know how to address this situation.
I purchased a B4i + hosted builder license on December 26th and have not yet received the email with links and instructions for the products, downloads, access, etc. I need this urgently as I have an iOS client waiting for an update to be released.
