Android Question recognize when opened from recent apps

Hi,
i have searched but without success.
Is it possible to recognize if my app is opened from icon or from recent apps menu?
Both case fire Activity_Resume and i cannot recognize if the app is opened from normal icon
or from recent apps menu.

Otherwise is it possible to prevent having an app listed in recent apps?
