Android Question Recording the android screen in real time on pc

In the demo on web get's ... the video shows a Android Device on the screen in real time.
I have Vysor and Az Screen Recorder ... but how do you record the screen of the android device
in real time with the border image of the android phone?

i guess its the device emulator or u need to record the real phone with this technics https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chroma_key

How it works

Reflector communicates with devices that use Google Cast, Miracast and AirPlay mirroring.
This allows those devices to connect to Reflector and mirror their screen without any additional software.

AirPlay = Apple.
