Android Question revoked permission android.permission.CALL_PHONE

Trying to make my app make a phone call, but get permission denied.
I have added this to the Manifest file:

AddPermission(android.permission.CALL_PHONE)

I am using the latest B4A and phone library 2.43
The phone is a Samsung S9.

Any idea what could be the problem here?
