how can i show rss feed in a listview? i try to do something with the tutorial that i fint on basic4android forum but it wan't work

i would take rss from this here: MacLand
but i can't do it. can someone help me?

Can you do this with notification on status bar when there is a new feed? Pls help me i tried the twitter example but i had not success.
