iOS Question Run an app without connected debugger

I wpuold like use my app for my personal use without send it to the market.
I have a regular Apple certificate.
I can also jailbreak my Ipad if necessary.
How can I install the app so that I can run it without B4I running on PC ?
At the moment if I try to tho that, the app writes: "waiting for IDE to connect...."

You don't need to jailbreak the device. Just install it in release mode: Tools - Build Server - Release

I get the message "Note that it is not possible to install apps signed with a store certificate.
You can download the ipa file with Tools - Build Server - Download Last Build."

This message always appears. It tells you that if you have signed the build with a store certificate then you cannot install it. The IDE doesn't know which type of certificate you have used.
