B4J Question Run on raspberry

i have follow this tutorial

i have install jdk and javafx
i run application from shell, i see the log on shell, but don't see the graphic UI of application

any suggest?

Oracle has removed JavaFX from newer versions of Java for ARM boards. The last supported version was Java 8.06 (8u6).

if i use Java 8.06 version for B4J and Raspberry, all work fine?

i don't know better java, but for GUI i have see use "swing", that maybe is include into main java package. or not?

The minimum version of Java for B4J UI apps is 8.40. It might work but it will not be perfect.

Not a B4J problem. It is because Oracle removed JacaFX from newer versions :-(

I have understand, but if B4J will use in the future other GUI library (for example swing) maybe this problem will resolved

it isn't a big problem, for now, i can use gambas, a vb for linux.
I would have liked use all tools by great Erel

There are no plans to switch to a different UI toolkit.

If Oracle will add it back then it will be supported.

I've seen in another post that it's possible to use openjfx substititing javafx; found information about it but I'm not totally sure that it"s sufficient to run UI apps on Raspberry.
Anyone can confirm this point?
(I've bought RPI 3 but it's out of stock in Amazon)
