There is no error when restarting. This is repeated constantly.
In release mode, the error never occurs.

This error happens when the IDE fails to connect to the running process. It might be related to network issues.

Made a simple example - it works without error.
Obviously a mismatch in my application. How to find where the error is hidden?

Check that you don't have any code in Process_Globals that shouldn't be there = anything except of variables declaration.
