After Saving a project there is no way to save it under different name, and the only way is to close program and either copy/rename the project file or restart it and save it under different name. Simple Save_As option in the file menu would help a lot.
2)
Assigning different icons for othe executables (i.e HelpViewer,) would help to find the quickly in the task bar.
3) while in the Helpviewer it would be helpful to see in the left panel currently highlighted library/topic etc.
4) list of HOW TO's would be extremely helpful for new users
