Screen Graper for Android Phone in Windows 7

I am using basic4Android installed in window7 . Is there is any module to view the application in windows 7 machine.

I tried starting the ddms and was thrown with error.. and through googling I understood that I have to set the environment variable to

C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk-windows\platform-tools

Did that and I got this my first capture..

And Is there is any tools like mymobiler available for windows (http://www.mymobiler.com/) is available for Android..
