Android Question Scrollview for dumb beginner

I am more familiar with vb.net. I am trying to create a scrollview with the designer. I have read some posts about how to do it but they all seem way over my head. could someone please explain how to design a layout with a scrollveiw. thanks

You cannot add views to a ScrollView with the designer. You can create another layout and then load it to the ScrollView.
