I created a scrollview and made it internally longer than it's shape. However, everytime I swipe my finger over it, it scrolls about 2 millimeters then stops. I have to raise my finger and try again to get it to scroll another 2 millimeters. What could be happening?
ps. whether it is empty or filled with other widgets, it does the same thing
