I get this error, on SDK Manager start, same error when I click on refresh button.
Manager is working fine, beside error.

I'm already using that version, as I try Ready to run SDK. Also downloaded version from your link.

tools\source.properties:

Pkg.UserSrc=false
Pkg.Revision=26.1.1
Platform.MinPlatformToolsRev=20
Pkg.Dependencies=emulator
Pkg.Path=tools
Pkg.Desc=Android SDK Tools

Same error with OpenJDK 11.

Have the same missing AvdManagerCli problem and cannot connect to device since v9 and v9.1 upgrade. Downloaded and tried every single link in this thread to no avail.
Cannot even "create AVD" as it refuses with "Please fill all fields" but does not let me fill the Platform:

Should I remove the entire C:\Android\android-sdk folder and start all over again? If so, how or from where?

Thanks for your help,
john m.
