Android Question Send txt from wear to phone

Hello, I made a very simple app for my Android wear 2.0 device with a button.
I don't know how send to my phone app a text when I click on wear button.
Please, help

Any kind of information. I wrote text but could be number or byte. I want send an input to phone and my app do a sub.

Hi friends, I found this interesting library

I tried to send a message from Ticwatch Pro and Galaxy Note 10 using Template of alwaysbusy (thanks a lot).
It works fine. But......
I modified my phone app watching mobile template but message from watch doesn't arrive even if node is connected.
I know is very difficult say me the solution because youy don't see my project, but where I can start to debug it?
