Android Question Service reopens even after being stopped

Hi everyone, I have a little problem. I am trying to use the services on b4a and taking a cue from the example code, I made the service show a notification only when the application is closed or paused, but when it is reopened, the service must stop. The problem is that after reopening the app the service stops, but after a while it only restarts. The code used is attached. Thank you

This line:

    StartServiceAt(Me, DateTime.Now + 10* DateTime.TicksPersecond, True) 'every 10 seconds

causes the service to restart every 10 seconds.
Delete it.
