Android Question Shake event as service input to textarea

Searched forum however no luck.

Would like to shake phone to input text "hello world" onto another running app textarea field after initial touch and cursor is active.

Is this possible to run as a persistent service?

It is not possible to send text or keystrokes to a different app.
