Android Question signpad same strokewith, thicker/smaller on different device

A customer is using an galaxy A14 and a Webfleet Solutions PRO 8375 (https://telematik-partner.com/webfleet-pro-8375-driver-terminal/)

In the same version of the app we get on the webfleet device a much thikker signature (see attachment).
Top is created with the A14
Below with the webfleet.

In both situations the strokewith of the signpad is 5.
Any thoughts about the difference? Low resolution of the webfleet (1024*600)?

Maybe you are missing "dip" units.
