Probably nothing to do with it, but you are using SDK >26 (you should set it to 29)?
You should post the section of code (your code) that is causing your issues.

Hi, I am compiling with version 29 and the problem is generated when invoking the firebamessaging service, the strange thing is that with the phones with android 9 and 10 it works and with versions 7 and 6 it gives me that strange error
