Have you tried to run B4A as admin and copy project to another folder ?
i dont want to run it as admin as it happens on our Server. It does work in the past.
The Additional libs folder have write access. Jetifiertool runs fine. Even SDK Manager to download Artifacts.

Hope you have already Cleaned as suggested.
Look for 'bin' folder somewhere in your development folders, and its rights for read/write.

Anand

Where is the project saved?
This all in running in a Windows 2012r2 Teminalserver.

The SDK is installed in C:\Android
B4A in C:\Java\Basic4Android
Projects in C:\Java\FBDN\

The project i have problems with is C:\Java\FBDN\ABAbnahme\ABAbnahme.b4a
Do you have v9.30 installed? Does it work with that version?
I overwrote the installation with the beta. 9.3 was installed and it had worked with this Version last week.

Maybe Android SDK folder is locked?
Must be something like that. It did not worked this morning.
I created the thread here and moved development to my PC where it does not raise this problem.
On Terminalserver i installed a complete new ReadyToRunSDK, updated all Artifacts....

I now copied the project back to the Terminalserver and tried again. The error does not raise anymore. The project is compiling fine now.
