OK, SO…...
Apparently it had nothing to do with Java (at least, doesn't seem to), nor it had to do with my pathing...

@OliverA was kind enough to share a temp link with me, so that I could download a fresh copy of the full ABM4.51 ZIP, and That did the trick...
Seems like my jar files got corrupted somehow!
