Android Question [Solved] activity #Fullscreen and #IncludeTitle overwrites designer?

When I set 'show title' and 'Fullscreen' for an activity in designer and load that design, it seems to me, that these design-properties are overwritten by values in the #Region Activity Attributes.
Am I right that this Is true?
But then: what is the meaning of these properties in designer?

The real attributes are those in the ##Region Activity Attributes!
The properties in the Designer change only the 'active' screen dimensions in the Abstract Designer, the dark grey rectangle.
