Android Question [SOLVED] CustomView unavailable in designer

I work on an project for more than a year now. In designer I can choose CustumView and do all I want.
Today, I make a small project for testing, in designer the customview is grayed.
Additional Libraries have same link in two projects
What happen? I reload my first project and CustomView is available.

I check on some libraries and I have all I want ?
