Android Question [SOLVED] Error after installing new SDK updates

Hello all,
Well today I saw in the B4A SDK Manager that there were some recommended updates checked, so I installed them. Now I keep getting the following error no matter matter what I do and in all my apps that I've tried install onto devices, this also happens in the emulator. It also does not matter if it's in release or debug mode.

Please note: This error also happens with a brand new blank B4A project with just the default subs and nothing else.

It is for sure the ADB server, since the compilation is completed successfully.

I wanted to try to send you my adb.exe (+ other 2 files) but, zipped, it is 732KB
