Android Question [Solved] How I can made this effect (open and close panel manually)?

I want to create a panel in screen bottom and with the finger (not automatically) slide to up and down to open and close the panel.

See the example in image below.
I'm click in the button ( :::: ) to open and close the panel.

Take a look at the .SetLayoutAnimated and .SetColorAnimated methods of the view.

This method will open and close the panel automatically.
I want to click in the panel and slide to the top and bottom with the finger.

If you want to have the panel height follow your finger, search the forum for "drag view," you will find many examples and methods. There may even be a draggable view custom control if I recall correctly.
