I upgraded the B4I version to 8.3, but there was an error during compilation
The B4iBuildServer.zip version I received still shows 8.10, not 8.3
The compilation error information is as follows:

My xcode version is 12.5 ,Is it because my xcode version is too old?

The build server is still 8.1.

You need Xcode 14.

After upgrading xcode to 14.3, the issue has been resolved
