Android Question Solved, Notifications stopped suddenly, any help?

Greetings,
Notifications stopped suddenly, any help?
The keys still active/enabled.
Some of my projects totally based on notifications, any help to re-run these keys/projects ?

Did you check if the notification permissions are enabled?

If your phone doesn't receive a notification, it may be a Huawei or brand that doesn't have Google services installed.

No, I "Samsung Note-8" and it worked very well with all types of notification even from years ago,
even I test also with tablet (Android M19)

Yes, and the permission guaranteed, and take part of it in the last attachment project.
I added button for that (to ensure the permission guaranteed).

It's easy to tell if you are a programmer and a listener.

You are using wrong code from copy and paste without understanding.

You are being told to use the right example from the very beginning but you insisted. You also ignore my last attachment.

I already tested your attach code as it is but also not received any notification.
after that I found code for permission in this thread so, I added it, but also not receive any notifications.

I don't know what is the problem. any help please.

As I understand, for the old projects (based on Notifications) and consists of two parts ( Pusher + Receptor ), after google modification I need to re-build Pusher only.
i.e. I just need to re-Build the Pusher and every things well go-back to work?
no need to change anything in receptor App. ??? sure as long as it work well in past with old way of google notification method. ???
or I need also re-build the receptor-App?

Both "pusher" and "receptor" need to be updated.
