I changed my targetSdkVersion to be 33 and on new installs the permission screen does not appear to the user so there is no way they can select Allow
The screen below does not show when using sdk 33
If I change the targetSdkVersion to Anything (32, 31, 30) the permission screen shows which allows the user to select Allow.
Is there something else I have to change? My app has been live on Google for years and the only change I have made was to move to Sdk 33
