Android Question [Solved] Why I can't uninstall an app and make an downgrade?

I have an app (version code 13) on Google Play and created an update (version code 14) for it.

I uninstalled the update (14) and downloaded the previous version (13) on Google Play, but the app is installed with the new version (14).

Why is this happening?
I tried uninstalling with CCleaner and the problem remains. I can not uninstall an application and install an earlier version of it.

The problem occurs only in the Moto G2 with Android 5.0.2.
In other downgrade devices (Galaxy tab android 5.0.2 and Sony xperia android 4.4) works properly.

I use the B4A 5.50 and release apps obfuscated.
