You can use B4XCanvas.DrawPath with a rounded rect path or BitmapCreator.DrawRectRounded to make such drawings. You will need to add some logic to find which points should be connected.

When you say you "want to create a custom QR code" do you mean just one (or only a few) of your own domain URL, or many, as in lots of QR codes, each with different information in them?

Other wonderings are: What is the QR code to be used for? The rounded QR code sample you've provided looks good, but gut instinct tells me that it will be less reliable than the traditional style. How important is looks vs functionality in your use case?
