Spinner issue

One user experience a problem with the spinner on a Motorola phone. This is what he was saying.

"But if I select the dropdown, not select anything and close the dropdown by pressing the dropdown again, I can no longer have the dropdown open and stay open."

I do not have a Motorola to duplicate this concern. Wondering if anyone experience this issue?

There is no codes in that event. However, I do populate it with list of sensors name in a different event.
