How is controlled the circle to right in the spinner?

(I have two analogous fragment one with and one without the circle)

I use the same module in the two application for generate spinner on fly.

These circles were removed in the default Android 4 style.

The difference is so in Manifest script, in fact I have developed SendVoiceMail from your example of voice recognition, my be?

Setting targetSdkVersion="4" (instead of 14) in the manifest editor will force your app to use the old style.
