Bug? SplitPane Background Color shows in TableView header

Placed a SplitPane on a Form using Internal Designer and set Background Color to Azure.
Placed a TableView on a Layout and loaded it into SlitPane.
Also made a Layout with a Pane and placed TableView on the Pane.
Loaded that layout into the SplitPane.

The header on both TableViews now shows a Background of Azure and not the standard grey used in TableView.
Is this the way it should be?
