iOS Question SSL Certificate for EACH APP

It appears we NOW NEED a special Apple SSL Certificate for EACH APP. See second radio button below: “Apple Push Notification service SSL (Sandbox) to deliver remote notifications to our App

is this true?
(we do get the notice about "Push" not there as each app is downloaded.)

That's true. You need a different certificate for each app that uses push notifications.
