iOS Question stop app when not being used

I have about 80 users using my iOS app via Testflight. I received this email from one user:

"How do I get the app to stop running while I’m not using it. It’s draining my battery so I have to keep it plugged in all the time. I looked everywhere I can think of but no luck."

I have not had any other user report this. I am using B4i v7.50

I am personally not an Apple user even though I develop the app for iOS so am not sure what to tell this user. The app uses GPS and the camera.

Have you enabled background location? Otherwise you don't need to do anything special. The OS will kill the process shortly after the app moves to the background.
